
We started this blog to record what we learned during our two hour pitching lesson with Kirk McCaskill. He pitched for the Angels and White Sox, he also played pro hockey. For more info on Kirk, check this link from Wikipedia.
He taught us a lot so we wanted to make sure we remembered everything.
Proper Warm up
A Movement oriented type of warm up is best to get the muscles ready. (Need pics for these descriptions)
With one hand on the fence, we swung our legs forward and back and side to side all the while getting up on the toes.
